The Experience
Whether you plan to relax around the pool or enjoy the spa/hot tub, perhaps walk to the private beach or discover the cultural sites of the Costa Brava, Karian is perfectly located. A large garden provides privacy & is planted with a variety of fruit trees available for you to pick in season. Close by you will find excellent cycling, walking, water sports & golf. The nearby town of Tossa de Mar is one of the jewels of the coast with its dramatic coastline & castle. It is quiet & family oriented & offers a variety of refreshing local Spanish cuisine .
Accommodation
The house consists of two, three bedroom apartments. The lower floor has three bedrooms all with ensuites. One has its own terrace. There is an option to include an additional one bedroom. The open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living opens onto a patio adjoining the swimming pool. All the bedrooms have either sea or mountain views.
The upper floor is occupied by the owners throughout the year, however they respect the privacy of any renters on the lower floor.
Our Offering
Karian offers an option to suite everyone! Accommodation for vacations with family or friends of 6 people with over 150 sq/mt. of living space. The house has a spa, pool and ample gardens . The grounds represent over 1000 sq/mts for relaxation
